At around 4:30 pm yesterday, a car collided with the ASB Bank on Riccarton Road. The force of the collision severed a concrete pole.
A source said one person was taken to hospital.
The NZR spoke with bystander Michael Bocian who arrived after the accident had taken place. He described the scene.
