The Walter Yaolong Guan Story: Fire Ravaged Pages Road House Owner's 5 Year Ban Stands

The New Zealand Reporter has found Walter Guan ceased fighting his 5-year ban with an Australian authority and that people are reportedly frequently his fire-ravaged Pages Road property.

The owner of a fire-ravaged Pages Road house has ceased his fight to overturn a 5-year ban imposed by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

Records show he withdrew his review application in August this year, after fighting to overturn the ASIC’s 2022 decision. Guan’s record was correct up to 7 August 2024, the date of the withdrawal.

Guan is the registered legal owner of 361A Pages Road and the house that was gutted after by fire.
