11 Formal MOE Complaints Against Christchurch Boys' High Uncovered

The Ministry of Education has confirmed that close to a dozen people made formal complaints regarding Christchurch Boys’ High School, appearing to contradict a NZR source’s claim that at least 55 complaints had been made to the government body.
