The Wizard rearing to go after a bout of illness that saw him hospitalised in August last year.
The NZR was preparing to film The Wizard in the Arts Centre’ Great Hall when fell ill and was taken away by ambulance in the presence of his partner Alice.
Yesterday, The NZR learned by phone that Alice had injured herself gardening, while the Wizard had bounced back to good health.
